Who We Are
F45 Training Midtown Phoenix is a high-energy, community-driven boutique fitness studio focused on delivering an exceptional training experience every time a member walks through our doors.
Our coaches are at the center of that experience. They create the energy in the room, build meaningful relationships with members, provide safe and effective coaching, and help create the sense of community that keeps members coming back.
We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, organized, and charismatic Head Trainer to lead our coaching team and own the overall member training experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, comfortable leading others, and capable of operating independently. This person should take pride in maintaining high standards, identifying opportunities to improve the member experience, and taking ownership of results rather than waiting for direction.
About the Role
The Head Trainer serves as the leader of the studio's coaching team and plays a critical role in member experience, retention, community engagement, and studio culture.
In addition to coaching F45 classes, the Head Trainer will recruit, onboard, develop, and manage our team of coaches; ensure consistent delivery of a best-in-class boutique fitness experience; monitor member engagement and retention; help optimize the class schedule; and lead community-building initiatives both inside and outside of the studio.
This role is ideal for an experienced fitness professional who enjoys coaching but is also ready to take on greater leadership and ownership within a growing fitness business.
